Located in the Saint-Étienne quarter of Nice, this period villa built before 1950 reveals an interior reimagined in a contemporary key while preserving the charm of its historic architecture. At the heart of the composition is a sculptural helicoidal staircase. The whole concept breathes timeless luxury, where the contrast between burgundy velvet, rich marble and warm wood transforms the interior into a space with personality — sophisticated yet welcoming, a manifesto of contemporary design.
